Delivery

What delivery methods do you offer? We offer 3 major forms of delivery:

• Standard - £3.50 Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days through Royal Mail standard post. Items are sent together but may not all arrive at exactly the same time.
• Express - £6.99 Express delivery is within 3 working days to all UK addresses. We use a variety of services to achieve this to keep prices down and provide the best service wherever you are.
• Next day - £9.99 Next day delivery is facilitated by our partnership with DHL - offering guaranteed next-day delivery from dispatch. Selecting Express also prioritises your order with us, ensuring you receive it as quickly as possible

Due to increased shipping costs, mainland UK addresses may incur a £4.99 surcharge.
We also offer worldwide shipping, please contact us for a quote. Where is my order? If you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched, your order is on its way to you. The dispatch email will include your chosen delivery method.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order has still not arrived, then please contact us. Can I pick up the items myself? At Canvas Express we offer next day guaranteed delivery. If this is not quick enough please contact our sales team and we can arrange for you to pick up your canvas. Do you deliver items together or seperately? We dispatch all the items in your order simultaneously. However, some of our delivery partners may at times deliver individual packages seperately. As such, you may at times receive part of your order sooner than the rest. What happens if I'm not available to take the delivery? If a delivery fails, we or our delivery partners may contact you to re-arrange delivery. After 2 re-attempts, the item will be returned to us and will be stored until you can arrange a collection or alternative delivery.

Payment

I don’t have a bank card or cheque book, can I still get a canvas? Of course! At Canvas Express we accept all methods of payment including postal order and bank transfer, just call our sales team any they will help you with all your payment needs.
I’m paying by cheque. Does this slow down my order? When paying by cheque the order process will take a little longer as the cheque takes up to 7 days to clear. However, as soon as your cheque has cleared, your order will be started.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it? Yes, provided you contact us within 12 hours of the order being placed. We will issue you a full refund within 5 working days in the form the payment was made

Products

The size that I want is not one of the options. Can I order a different size? Yes! Just contact our sales team with the required size for an instant quote.
I would like my canvas to be waterproof. Is this possible? Yes. When ordering your canvas just select the waterproof option.
What does the anti-fade guarantee cover? It covers your canvas from fading for the life of the canvas. If you do have any problems we will be more than happy to replace your canvas.
How is my canvas made? Once we receive your order at Canvas Express the first stage is to get your canvas ready to print. We use the best technology to prepare your image from a memory card, email, upload or photo before it is prepared and made ready to print.

The printers we use at Canvas Express are sourced specifically for printing high quality prints every time! We also use manufacturer supplied and recommended premium Ink (not compatibles) with superior ingredients and purity which combined with our superior high quality 400gsm canvas or poster, produces an exceptional canvas.

Your canvas is then framed using FSC approved anti-warp guaranteed pine frames. At Canvas Express we use patented canvas stretching technology to achieve an optimum tension and consistancy.

Once all of this has been completed, your canvas will be created with a crisp border colour of your choice. Your lovingly created canvas will be carefully wrapped to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition.

Returns

What is your return policy and procedure? Because of the custom nature of our products, items that are unwanted, even if unopened are non-refundable.
An item will only be replaced or refunded if the item is found to be faulty or defective by Canvas Express.
The faulty item will be collected free of charge where the item will be inspected. If the item is found not to be faulty then there will be a inspection charge levied.
If the item is found to be faulty Canvas express will either replace or refund the item in question. This decision will be made by our customer service team on a case by case basis.

Security

How secure is your order process? Our order process is protected at all stages and constantly checked to ensure maximum security. We emply strong encryption to all connections entering any sensitive details, with 256-bit SSL certificates provided by Globalsign, a respected industry leader.
They say that the safest storage of your customers' data is not to store it at all. We agree, which is why we do not store any financial details about you, ever. Once your order has been processed, your payment details are erased, ensuring they won't be compromised, no matter what.
To provide even more security, we partake in the Mastercard Securecode scheme for Maestro and Solo customers, to help eliminate fraud and provide peace of mind for our customers.
What are your payment options? We accept all major credit and debit cards for immediate payments.
We also accept cheque or postal order, ensuring convenient and easy payment solutions for all our customers.
What are your uploading options? Our site upload tool accepts all common computer, digital camera and other digital image formats, including JPEG, GIF, PNG, bitmap, and TIFF.
Our upload tool accepts file sizes of up to 10 MegaBytes, which is more than enough to handle the highest quality shots from cameras all the way up to 15 Megapixels.
If you have an image in an unusual format or which is too large to upload, please contact us.
Do Canvas Express store any financial information? At Canvas Express, we never store your financial details. Your financial details, once provided to us for payment, will be processed and then deleted immediately upon completion.
